Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Supermenu ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What Supermenu does

Supermenu provides AI-generated dish photos and hosted visual menu pages for restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops. You upload your menu, our AI generates images, and we host a visual menu page for your customers.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must be authorized to act on behalf of the restaurant you're signing up for

4. Your content

• You retain ownership of any menus, photos, or content you upload
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, display, and host it as part of the Service
• You confirm that you have the right to upload any content you provide

5. AI-generated images

• Supermenu generates dish images using AI based on your menu descriptions
• AI-generated images are provided for use on your Supermenu menu page and related marketing
• Images are representations, not photographs of actual dishes — they may not perfectly match your real food
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all images before they go live

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal or fraudulent
• Upload content that infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

7. Pricing and payments

• Free plans are subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page
• Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically
• You can cancel anytime — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

8. Service availability

• We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• We perform maintenance as needed and will notify you of planned downtime when possible

9. Termination

• You can delete your account at any time by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• On termination, your hosted menu page will be taken offline

10. Limitation of liability

Supermenu is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for business decisions made based on AI-generated images

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Supermenu operates.
